To grow premium grade, fresh raspberries and blackberries for the restaurant trade.
Established in 2002, Cuttaway Creek Farm is a thirty acre property located at Mittagong in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The cool climate of the Southern Highlands provides ideal conditions for growing berry fruit with intense flavour.
Farm do not use any pesticides or residual herbicides. The weeding is done by hand and pick berries when they are fully ripe, to ensure the strongest natural flavour.
In addition to growing berries, there is also production of multi award-winning jams, sauces and vinegars. Products are handmade on the farm using 100% Australian grown fruit. They contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Since 2007, Cuttaway Creek Farm have been acknowledged with 8 champion trophies, 27 gold medals, 21 silver medals and 18 bronze medals at various national and international fine food shows.
